Acceptable Stay with a Notable Issue

effective window blindsearly breakfast clearing
The room offered electrical window blinds that effectively blocked out light at night.
The breakfast was a letdown as the staff began clearing the area well before the stated 11 AM closing time and asked us to finish eating by 11 AM I found that quite unusual.

The breakfast featured a big variety of sweets. I also liked the salty selection. Everything was of good quality. It was nice to see that level of care for the food was present.

excellent panorama experience

spacious roomexcellent showercomfortable bedpoor soundproofing
i stayed in a panorama room and had access to the panorama lounge on the 24th floor (a real treat). complimentary snacks and drinks were available there. the room itself was spacious, it included an excellent shower, and the bed was very comfortable. the location was quite convenient with stores nearby.
the windows did not provide great soundproofing. i could hear traffic and sirens, even from a high floor. it impacted the sleep quality a bit.
Facilities
9/10
the hotel offers a gym equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines. additionally, a wellness area is present, though i didn't have time to enjoy it on this trip.
Dining

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Flaws

breakfast varietyineffective heatingbathroom design
The breakfast was acceptable to me. There was sufficient variety and options .
The room felt quite cold despite attempts to adjust the heating system. I found the bathroom setup odd as the door for the toilet was the same door for the shower. This meant little privacy if someone was using the sink.
